24/7 Physical Plan Room
Located at 3175 Continental Drive in Traverse City, every member has secure, keyless entry so they can come in and use our resources at their convenience. Along with work stations and supplies for use while on site, you also have access to our wireless internet.
Classes & Training
We offer many classes and additional training including CPR/First Aid, the bidding process, blueprint reading, healthcare, OSHA/MIOSHA topics, LEED and Green building and others that are suggested by the membership. Check the Events Tab on our website to see what is coming up.
Printing/Scanning/Copying Services
Plans and specs can be ordered online, when in the plan room, or by phone or email. We can also ship your plans and specs orders to you. Please contact our office for pricing. Our pricing is competitive with the fastest turnaround time in the area.

Special Events and General Membership Meetings

Annual Scholarship
The Builders Exchange Board of Directors will be accepting applications from members, their employees, and immediate family members. The applicant must be a high school senior or graduate at the time of application. Check for announcements every March.
